Leave from Hertford Town and aim for Hatfield Station, via the A414 is quickest. Once at Hatfield Station follow signs to Potters Bar which will take you down the A1000.
When you get to Brookmans Park you will see a large Arial base on your left, which you continue pass. At the first set of traffic lights you come to, which will be a pedestrian only set, Thornton Road will be next on your left. .
