IndigoVision & Citysync ANPR Integration

CitySync and IndigoVision have partnered to provide an ANPR solution which interfaces to the IndigoVision SMS 4 solution to provide a complete video surveillance solution. 

CitySync's JetBase ANPR software can analyse video from a specialised ANPR camera connected to an IndigoVision video encoder. This allows the JetBase ANPR software to analyse number plate information at the same time as the IndigoVision solution is viewing and recording video footage. Together this provides a powerful solution for identifying vehicles and alerting an operator.

 What do I need?

The Integration module on the JetBase software is available, which allows JetBase to read streams from an IndigoVision video streams. To use the integration you need:

• JetBase Software and license dongle from an authorised CitySync Partner
• An IndigoVision MAL license dongle from an authorised IndigoVision dealer
• A CitySync analogue ANPR camera
• An IndigoVision Network Video Recorder/Alarm server
• An IndigoVision video encoder

How it works

CitySync have developed their JetBase software to read and analyse video streams using IndigoVision Media Access Library (MAL). The JetBase software can return bookmarks and alarms into the IndigoVision system using the IndigoVision Binding Kit.

• Attach a CitySync analogue ANPR camera to an IndigoVision video encoder and receive time stamped video frames from the encoder to detect plates.
• When the Citysync system recognises a plate it sends a bookmark to the IndigoVision system containing the plate number & time/date stamp.
• IndigoVision mark their recording at the appropriate position
• You can search for plates using the IndigoVision interface
