CitySync Replace ANPR Systems For Major Police Force - August 09

CitySync is pleased to announce that it has won a large contract to replace and upgrade existing ANPR Systems for a major UK Police Force.

The contract involves replacing all of their current ANPR software solutions with CitySync’s latest generation of NAAS compliant JetBase software along with the Jet BOFII Web Services interface.

The system provides a cost effective upgrade path by utilizing as much of the Police Force’s legacy hardware as possible. 

The powerful Jet ANPR Engine now finds plates at a rate of over 500 per second on a standard 2.2GHz Dual Core PC and is therefore not processor hungry.
