The Jet Blackbird is a small powerful embedded ANPR computer system designed for large scale ANPR projects such as congestion charging or wide-area traffic monitoring.
The Blackbird is a powerful ANPR computer housed in a small (black!) box. Processor options include the standard version 2.4GHz.
The embedded computer system has been designed with reliability, size and harsh environments in mind. Complete with the JG-401 high-performance image capture card, the system performs real-time Automatic Number Plate Recognition when connected to CitySync’s JetCam™ Infra Red ANPR Cameras. This low cost platform which can read Number Plates on vehicles travelling at 100mph and transmit the results to a central server using multiple technologies in real time. The Jet Blackbird can be installed in small roadside cabinets, bases of suitable lamposts – or in any location where space is at a premium.
